Looking for a Good Builder
« on: 07:36 02-Apr-2013 »
Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I am going to give it a try.

I purchased a townhouse outside of Kyiv a few years ago and am looking for a trusted builder to finish the work. I cannot begin to tell how how many "Professionals" have worked on the place and just made a mees of things. Not to mention all the money I have have spent only to have to rip it out and start over again.

If this is the wrong place please guide me to where I need to be.

Cheers

What type of construction is your townhome?

Where is the Townhouse at as far as completion/remodel?

It is contructed of brick with something called sanoplast on the outside walls.

I've had a bunch of plumbing and electrical work done but it needs to be inspected and more than likely ripped out and started again.

Sorry but my contact has declined.. He says he has become tired of sorting out other people's Frak ups...

Can't blame him.. He is now doing new work only...

Sorry.  :-[

I have a couple of contacts for some professionals guys. I can ask if they are interested.

Which direction outside of Kyiv is your place?

Just had my apartment done from top to bottom and the guys that did it were great apart from the odd couple of days when they disappeared on the vodka which is normal. They did 12 hours a day and were as professional as you could probably find in Ukraine.

Sorry to kyivpic and funmonk for the late reply. I've been out of the country on a contract and won't be back until July. If you can put me in contact with your guys I'll have my wife call them and see if they want to work.

Thanks,

Bob
