I recall something I've heard in UK - what is the difference between the barber and a hair stylist? 50 quid...

I pay for my haircut 20 Hryvnias in Kyiv.

I get mine cut right across the street from O'Brien's.  Go out door, stay on right side of street and head for the Square, first door on right.
