Speaking of the UK, Youtube has now recommended 3 documentaries about pickpockets for me.  One is about the UK and how gangs of Romanians are running wild making huge sums of money stealing phones and wallets.   The old school British pickpockets are miffed because they are more organized and skillful; the better ones made 200,000 pounds a year. Pubs are easy targets, because people are drunk, and tourist squares.  I've watched all 3 documentaries.  I have no idea why.  Really should have gone to bed.
