I recall we discussed on behalf of one of our members, his girlfriend's (now ex-gf) financial difficulties. If you are the guy, perhaps you should forward this to the lady so that she can look into it.

The code will come into force six months after the publication, that is, in the fall of 2019.

Part of the report:

"The Debtor can initiate own bankruptcy in the following cases:

If the debt to the creditors is not less than 30 minimum wages (now - 111 690 UAH).
If he has stopped paying more than half of the monthly payments for each of the loan obligations within two months.
If a resolution has been issued in the enforcement proceedings concerning the absence of property from the debtor, which can be levied for covering debts.

The GF had an appartment, so it would probably be bad to make Bankrouptcy because then she would end up worse then she probably are now.
