Attention U.S. citizens in Odesa, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk❗
A U.S. consular officer will visit Odesa in the morning on Wednesday, October 9, Ternopil in the morning on Thursday, October 10, and Ivano-Frankivsk in the evening on Thursday, October 10, to provide routine consular services to U.S. citizens.
Need a new passport, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or notary services? The consular officer will be able to provide limited citizen services on-site.
All services will be provided by appointment only.
To make an appointment, please email your full name, passport number, date of birth and type of service you are requesting to kyivacs@state.gov before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2019.
