Memory Lane - Cafes & Restaurants
« on: 11:57 24-Mar-2021 »
Just watched a 2016 video where someone was interviewing Chef Michael at TexMex BBQ in Lviv.  It opened with him tossing a favorite toy for his German Shephard Banda on the sidewalk.

Mike passed away a couple years ago, but the memories remain.  The food the friendship, the friends we had there and Banda, we even bought a new chew ring for him.  We lived literally, just around the corner and ate there a couple times a week during our stay in Lviv.  A little taste of America every time and Mike's booming voice if the tunes weren't loud enough, "BARTENDER!  CRANK IT UP!"

RIP Mike, we miss you.  You showed Ukraine what food service was all about.

That was the one that popped up in my YT feed.  Some dip shyte was promoting an Instagram PW hack on my comment.
