One for the more legal minded (or Constitutionally familiar as well), the Venice Commission's opinion (and recommendations) on the latest tweaks to the judicial system.......

A quite dull read, unless like me, watching the adiminstrative organs slowly evolve here interests you.

Still, despite the lengthy document, some improvement on what previously existed has been made it seems.....even if not as much as could have been made in one go.
