Title: Ukraine and Russia land border crossing during Covid
Post by: Remington on 17:30 23-Jun-2021
What's the Ukraine-Russia land border situation?  Are Americans allowed to cross the border on both sides?

I know Kyiv-Moscow trains don't work but I'm curious about crossing the border using a car.

I'm not sure. I was going to ask here as well lol.

Maybe if we fly a white flag from the antenna they won't shoot!
I'm not even sure if it is active conflict atm

I was also going to ask is it just horrible to drive across Ukraine from Poland?
Or would it be better to circumvent Ukraine and go around Black Sea?

I know Russia will open the border to Americans on 28 June so Americans can go to Russia from any countries with tourist visa by air... but I'm not sure about land border.  That's why I'm asking if any foreigners in Ukraine whose country is open to Russia crossed the land border.
